I can understand using a nickname but you have to understand the permenant name change Will effect future choices that can benefit you and the kids. <br /><br />As a widow of a Saudi, you and your unmarried daughter are entitled to death benefits ( monthly income) from your husbands social insurance. <br /><br />Having a son with knowledge of Arabic is golden. He can assist in attaining these benefits. If your son is under a certain age and in university, he will also benefit from his fathers death benefits. <br /><br />I would look into changing the names back and sending your son to Saudi to inquire on thes benefits that are your rights by the government. These are benefits waiting for you not property that is split from a death. <br /><br />Also the husband is past away and if the family harrases you , it is against the law. And fear nothing is all I can say.
